High Performance Energy Solutions provides many solutions for the heating and cooling systems in your home. We can work with residential replacements, remodels, and even new construction. Please see below for different projects we have been involved with.

Ductless Mini Split Systems

We also install ductless mini-split air conditioner and heating systems. We install the Mitsubishi products as shown in the photo. The mini-split system allows you to install heating and air conditioning in rooms where it would be difficult to install traditional ductwork. They are also great for adding to rooms above garages or even remodels.

Boiler Installations

High Performance also installs boilers for homes and businesses. A high efficiency boiler can save you money on your utility bills, and in some cases clean up floor space in your basement by removing your large older boiler.

Floor Heat Project

This is a basement where we installed radiant floor heating. We installed the tubing into the floor before the concrete was poured. We then attach this to a boiler that will pipe hot water through the system. This hot water will then warm up the concrete and create a nice, even heat throughout the basement.

Ductwork Sealing

High Performance also can seal your ductwork to reduce the amount of leakage in your heating and cooling system. This process can help to save money or your utility bills because the hot or cold air can stay within your ductwork and end up in your home instead of wasting away in the attic.
