We always wanted central air conditioning but in the houses we have previously bought, there was a problem with ducting.

We contacted High Performance Energy Solutions following a recommendation by our electrician and from you, we learned about the Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning system. Our decision to install the system was based on Performance and Value: the Mitsubishi units are compact, quiet and unobtrusive and blend with any decor.

We had to keep checking the fans in the condensers to see if A/C. was on because system is so quiet. The only way we know it’s working is the cool bliss of being so comfortable. For once, we could see out of our windows where hulking window air conditioners lived, blocking our view from the garden. We don’t miss heaving them in and out and using up valuable space in our closets to house them for the winter. The two Mitsubishi condensers also blend in with landscaping outside.

And value? Although our initial requirement was air conditioning, the heat pumps are an added feature that have been well tested this very cold winter providing controlled warmth throughout the house. For us, the Mitsubishi Ductless System was the answer – The Perfect Solution!

Just a note of thanks as High Performance Energy Solutions was the first HVAC team that possessed the knowledge and expertise to find a solution for my long-standing home heating and cooling problems. My system now works at peak efficiency. It took five years of frustration and many different HVAC companies giving me the run-around, until you and your team discovered and corrected my problems. Some of my ducts were not connected, and I was cooling/heating the attic. The humidifier was incorrectly installed. The outside A/C unit was corroded and never cleaned; however, I had been charged for the cleaning. Some of the dampers were found to be closed –while other HVAC companies were claiming that my system was not balanced.

High Performance Energy Solutions sent very professional, thorough, knowledgeable people. Work was done cleanly and efficiently. I was so impressed that I signed up for a yearly service contract. I received a detailed written description of the service plan and the covered components. I highly recommend this company.

Just wanted you to know we are enjoying the coolest summer ever!

As you described it was nice to not have to listen to our old window air conditioners. Thank you again for taking them away and safely removing refrigerant as required. The unit in living room is so quiet compared to old units. It has been nice to not have to turn our television volume up so much that our neighbors can hear it.

Have to keep checking the fans in the condensers to see if A.C. is on because system is so quiet. Our neighbors are impressed as our units make so little noise they can’t hear them run but the neighbor on the other side of them has a 2 year old system that rumbles and is very annoying to them.

Cannot believe it took only 2 days to install the units. No major work had to be done and we were able to carry out normal activities in the house while technicians worked.

Hi Dean,

The cover worked out well thank you. After a week and a half the unit has the mass under our basement floor cooling and the house is staying at 72 with the unit just running on low. Just a note to thank you and your employees at High Performance Energy Solutions for the great job you did on the Mitsubishi Mini Split heat pump system installation.
My wife and I had done some research, but needed more information to make a decision. Thanks to your apparent knowledge, clear explanation, demeanor, and price, we decided to go with you and your company.

We had some internet based knowledge of how the installation should go, and what pitfalls to look out for. I’m happy to report that your guys did a great “by the book” installation, with no short cuts. You spent extra time making sure that the initial vacuum was being held to ensure no leaks, and the same after the system was pressurized. We appreciated the care you and your crew took to ensure a good experience for us, and still being able to finish the job in one day.

We also appreciated your notifying us of all applicable rebates, and your help in filling out the rebate applications. Same for your pointing out insulation rebates for having our house tested in conjunction with the electric company energy survey program. We decided to actually have additional insulation added based on the rebate. The company that did the insulation survey and installation, Energy-PRZ also turned out to be a good choice. Thanks for the recommendation.

We’re very happy with the installation, but as they say, the proof is in the pudding. The unit has been working great, quickly and quietly takes the humidity out of the air, and really cools down our house, even with our western exposure. If we turn it all the way down, I think we could hang meat in here! Finding a good contractor can be difficult. I’m glad we went with your company.

To Whom It May Concern:

Enclosed please find applications for rebates under your energy conservation programs.
We had an energy audit through Energy-PRZ, insulation installed by Energy-PRZ, LED bulbs installed by Energy-PRZ, and a Mitsubishi Mini Split heat pump system installed by High Performance Energy Solutions.

I believe my wife and I are entitled to a $1,000 rebate for the energy audit and subsequent Mitsubishi mini split installation. In addition, a 75% rebate on the insulation installation. Lastly, a 100% rebate on the cost of the LED bulb installation.

I worked with Dean DeMague of High Performance Energy Solutions, and Rick Parent of Energy-PRZ. I have to say your program is well represented by these two gentlemen and their companies. Normally, working with contractors can be a headache, but I had the best experience ever working with both of them.

They were helpful, knowledgeable, and their prices were very competitive. I think you chose well with these two companies. My wife and I thank your company for offering these rebate programs, and for your energy conservation initiatives.
